Job Summary
To support healthcare providers in maximizing the value of the New Innovations platform, the full-time Product Support Specialist will engage with customers to address their technical needs, provide training on software solutions, and collaborate with various departments on product development and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training for the New Innovations software suite to customers both remotely and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product design, development, and marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and training content for end users
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Education, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to train large audiences
- Proven ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing solutions for software-related issues
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and support purposes
