Job Summary

Supporting customers in a remote full-time capacity, the Product Support Specialist will manage end-to-end engagement, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to enhance the customer experience while based within U.S. or Canada Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers through onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, and feature discovery
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues reported via various communication channels
  • Document and reproduce bugs while providing insights from customer feedback to inform product development
Required qualifications
  • Passion for technology and alignment with Linear's mission
  • Experience in customer service with a technical user base and adaptability in communication
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, including APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub is a plus
  • Must be based in U.S. or Canada Eastern or Central time zones
