Job Summary
Supporting customers in end-to-end engagement, the full-time Product Support Specialist will assist with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting technical issues while working remotely from any European time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, and feature discovery
- Investigate and resolve inbound customer issues reported through various communication channels
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document and reproduce bugs, while surfacing customer feedback trends
Required qualifications
- Passion for technology and alignment with Linear's mission
- Experience in customer service with a technical or engineering user base
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, including APIs and integration setups
- Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub is a plus, with a willingness to learn more
- Must be based in a European time zone
