Job Summary
As a full-time remote Product Support Specialist, the candidate will respond to client inquiries regarding software applications, providing resolutions to complex issues and recommending corrective actions while serving as a subject matter expert.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely and thorough resolution
- Engage in advanced client interactions by diagnosing root causes and delivering exceptional support across software applications
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and maintain ownership of escalated cases from intake through resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 10+ years of experience in a client service or technical support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common enterprise software solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle)
