Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Product Support Specialist will serve as a critical technical resource focusing on payment products and financial reconciliation, resolving complex technical issues while maintaining strong communication with clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client and supplier inquiries across the product suite
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing system logs, database records, and API transactions
  • Manage direct communication with suppliers and enterprise clients regarding technical issues and reconciliation discrepancies
Required qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries across relational databases
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis functions
  • Background in technical product support or similar client-facing technical roles
  • Experience with AWS QuickSight or similar data visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
