Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with high-volume product support, preferably in a second-tier support team
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, reactive situations
  • Strong user empathy and expertise in the lifecycle of a support case
  • Crisp written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working in a technical environment and interest in AI products
