Job Summary
As the first line of support for Relocity's platform, the full-time remote Product Support Specialist will manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming support requests and provide timely responses to clients and internal teams
- Investigate and document issues, reproducing reported problems and escalating as necessary
- Develop a strong understanding of the platform to assist users and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical product support, SaaS support, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience supporting software products, web applications, or mobile applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Jira
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
