Job Summary

As the first line of support for Relocity's platform, the full-time remote Product Support Specialist will manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming support requests and provide timely responses to clients and internal teams
  • Investigate and document issues, reproducing reported problems and escalating as necessary
  • Develop a strong understanding of the platform to assist users and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product support, SaaS support, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting software products, web applications, or mobile applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Jira
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
