Job Summary

Providing in-depth knowledge and support to internal product and sales teams, the full-time remote Product Support Specialist will collaborate with the Product Support team to address customer and sales requests, resolve product-related issues, and assist in identifying training deficiencies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Support team to review and resolve customer/sales requests
  • Resolve intermediate to difficult problems and coordinate with senior staff on complex issues
  • Accurately cross-reference external brands to identify corresponding Medline products and report product concerns
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
