Job Summary
Responding to customer product inquiries, the full-time Product Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer concerns, and document recurring problems to enhance product quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing installation and operational concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electro/mechanical equipment and software applications
- Document customer interactions and technical issues to support product development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Technical knowledge of software applications and electro/mechanical equipment
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Ability to document and analyze recurring technical issues
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Entry-level position; relevant experience or education in technology is a plus
