Job Summary

Responding to customer product inquiries, the full-time Product Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer concerns, and document recurring problems to enhance product quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing installation and operational concerns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electro/mechanical equipment and software applications
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues to support product development initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of software applications and electro/mechanical equipment
  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Ability to document and analyze recurring technical issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
  • Entry-level position; relevant experience or education in technology is a plus
