Job Summary
Supporting accurate maintenance and documentation of product and vendor information, the full-time Product Support Specialist will track product and pricing changes, update records in Salesforce/Enforce, and facilitate internal communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and track approved product and pricing change requests
- Update approved product, vendor, and PriceBooks records in Salesforce/Enforce accurately and timely
- Prepare and distribute internal communications related to approved product, vendor, and pricing changes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product operations, vendor operations, or related operational support roles
- Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records and coordinating cross-functional requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
