Job Summary

Focused on enhancing customer experiences, the full-time hourly Product Support Specialist will handle inquiries related to software products via chat, phone, and email while working remotely from the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer routine questions on software usage tailored to customer business needs
  • Troubleshoot data or software issues and maintain logs of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the Product team to improve software and identify opportunities for process enhancements
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical and customer support experience, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work different schedules as needed
