Job Summary

As a full-time Product Support Specialist, the individual will handle customer inquiries related to software products via chat, phone, and email, while working remotely to enhance the overall customer experience in the Field Services sector.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer routine questions on software usage tailored to customer business needs
  • Troubleshoot data or software issues and log customer interactions for future reference
  • Collaborate with the Product team to improve software and identify opportunities for process enhancements
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in customer interactions
