Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with technical support issues via telephone, web, and email
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate solutions
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of customer support experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, IIS, and database technologies
  • Ability to interpret and edit XML files
  • Familiarity with debugging tools/techniques and ability to work flexible schedules
