Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical support issues via telephone, web, and email
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate solutions
- Ensure high-quality customer service and meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer support experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Experience with Windows operating systems, IIS, and database technologies
- Ability to interpret and edit XML files
- Familiarity with debugging tools/techniques and ability to work flexible schedules
