Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides client support for assigned products/services via phone, email, chat, etc
  • Guides customers on the use of software applications and hardware devices
  • Analyzes and resolves support issues, tracks client interactions in tracking software

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience supporting mobile or cloud-based applications preferred
  • Ability to learn and utilize various software applications
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest
