Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist - Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain advanced understanding of the therapy industry and the company's products and services
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, document support interactions, and create a robust knowledge base
  • Support and collaborate with peers, providing guidance to Tier 1 team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2-4 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience in software support
  • High technical aptitude and proven track record in client support
  • Medical/Clinical experience preferred; working knowledge of EMR/EHR applications
