Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist - Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain advanced understanding of the therapy industry and the company's products and services
- Troubleshoot complex issues, document support interactions, and create a robust knowledge base
- Support and collaborate with peers, providing guidance to Tier 1 team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2-4 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in software support
- High technical aptitude and proven track record in client support
- Medical/Clinical experience preferred; working knowledge of EMR/EHR applications
