Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist - Tier II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain advanced understanding of the therapy industry and the company's products and services
  • Deliver timely and effective support by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding customers through problem-solving processes
  • Document support interactions and contribute to a knowledge base to assist Tier 1 support and improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
  • High technical aptitude with a proven track record in client support and troubleshooting
  • Medical/Clinical experience preferred
  • Previous SaaS or Healthcare IT company experience preferred
