Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist - Tier II.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain advanced understanding of the therapy industry and the company's products and services
- Deliver timely and effective support by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding customers through problem-solving processes
- Document support interactions and contribute to a knowledge base to assist Tier 1 support and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- At least 3 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
- High technical aptitude with a proven track record in client support and troubleshooting
- Medical/Clinical experience preferred
- Previous SaaS or Healthcare IT company experience preferred
