Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot coach systems and provide repair and maintenance support
  • Assist customers with warranty claims and familiarize them with maintenance procedures
  • Maintain call logs and document customer issues to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Technical background in coach, bus, or heavy-duty vehicles
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Preferred experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office products
  • Availability for some weekend or after-hours support
