Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer complaints via phone, email, and fax, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Interface with external customers and internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Assist Product Surveillance Analysts with information gathering for complaint investigations and prepare closing letters
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device or pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Proficiency in PC and MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to learn new programs for complaint handling and adverse event reporting
  • Experience using SAP strongly preferred
