Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer complaints via phone, email, and fax, ensuring accurate documentation
- Interface with external customers and internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Assist Product Surveillance Analysts with information gathering for complaint investigations and prepare closing letters
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device or pharmaceuticals preferred
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to learn new programs for complaint handling and adverse event reporting
- Experience using SAP strongly preferred
