Job Summary

Leading sustainability initiatives, the full-time salaried Product Sustainability & Performance Strategy Manager will shape sustainability integration into products, packaging, and supply chains across North America while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable environmental impacts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement packaging sustainability strategies and governance frameworks
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and reporting systems
• Utilize sustainability data to identify opportunities for carbon reduction and guide business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Materials Science, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sustainability and operational performance data
• Experience in developing and presenting business cases and program updates to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed environment
