Product Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of deposit products and digital banking platforms, the full-time remote Product Systems Analyst will manage system configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the administration and maintenance of deposit and digital banking platforms
- Assist in developing test plans, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documenting results
- Coordinate implementation activities for new products and services, including post-implementation reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, business analysis, operations, or technology support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
