Product Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Tax point of contact for the Product team, ensuring tax risks are identified and mitigated
• Partner with other Finance partners to integrate tax into risk management framework
• Monitor regulatory developments and incorporate new requirements into product development

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a Tax function supporting Product teams
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts effectively to non-Tax teammates
• Experience with US Information reporting requirements and indirect tax regimes
• Prior Fintech or Crypto experience preferred
