Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Technology Delivery to lead and oversee the agile software development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the software development team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment
• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress for timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews and quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Seven (7) years of experience in a software development role or as a developer subject matter expert
• Three (3) years of resource management experience
• Five (5) years in a senior or technical subject matter expert position
