Key Responsibilities

• Manually test key user journeys across the web platform before new releases
• Identify and report bugs, UX issues, and inconsistencies with documentation
• Assist with product management tasks, including sprint planning and user feedback documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software QA, manual testing, or a similar role
• Experience testing web applications and using tools like Jira or Trello
• Basic understanding of product management processes and agile workflows
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional, global teams
