Product Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training courses in various formats while managing pre- and post-training activities
• Design and develop lesson plans and course materials, implementing feedback for continuous improvement
• Support various teams with expertise and assist Training Coordinators with course arrangements and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the critical power field, preferably in Training, Sales, Service, or R&D
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Further education in adult teaching is a plus
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies effectively
• Comfortable communicating in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
