Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Trainer to develop and deliver training materials for STEM products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging live and asynchronous product training sessions for customer-facing teams
• Adhere to project management plans for crafting and finalizing training materials
• Assess training impact and efficiency through feedback analysis and collaboration with product and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of instructing or training experience
• Experience in crafting assessments and analyzing results to identify training needs
• Ability to prioritize multiple training requests
• Proficiency in module creation tools and delivery platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet
