Product Transformation Coach
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Transformation Coach who can enhance product teams and promote agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach product teams on vision, strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes
- Lead product discovery sessions and promote customer-driven decisions
- Train and guide teams in Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- 3+ years coaching product and/or agile teams
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CPM, or ACPMPO required
