Product UX Designer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Product UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user journeys, wireframes, and UX documentation, ensuring design integrity and usability in both physical and digital experiences, while working remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in-person in Framingham Tuesday through Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Writers, and Product Managers
• Leverage user research to craft cohesive experiences
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and UX documentation

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in User Experience, Human Factors Engineering, or related discipline; minimum of 2 years related work experience
• Portfolio that demonstrates creating concepts and detailing the customer journey
• Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, spacing, etc.)
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
