Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs in the Web3 ecosystem
• Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch scalable and secure wallet features

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management leadership, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech products
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody principles, and blockchain security
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling product teams
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful product decisions
• Passion for decentralization, privacy, and empowering users in the digital economy
