Job Summary

Leading product vision and strategy, the remote full-time Product Vice President will oversee product portfolio management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and performance of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Partner with executive leaders to translate company priorities into focused product initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including customer discovery, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
• 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in product management or related functions with senior leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated insurance experience, including knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics
• Proven product leadership experience, including ownership of product vision and strategy
• Strong technology and innovation experience with the ability to partner effectively with technology teams
