Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and create various customer and/or internally focused video-based learning and development programs
• Maintain subject matter expertise for the product/domain they are assigned to
• Contribute to the development of online / digital learning programs and/or computer based virtual courses

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years industry experience in the nonprofit space in one or more of the industry domains that the company serves
• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear, relatable manner
• Ability to learn new systems independently through self-exploration
