Production and Demand Planning Specialist

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time remote Production and Demand Planning Specialist will manage production planning, monitor performance, and ensure alignment between demand and resource availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans aligned with demand forecasts and resource availability
• Monitor production performance, identifying deviations and opportunities for schedule adjustments
• Analyze demand and capacity, supporting short- and medium-term decision-making with relevant metrics and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields
• Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC), demand planning, or supply chain management
• Proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and advanced Excel
• Experience with data analysis, performance indicators, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Intermediate English and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean Manufacturing
