Production Art Director

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Production Art Director, this full-time position will guide the artistic vision of a new game IP, collaborating with creative directors and art teams to elevate quality and maintain a cohesive visual style throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director(s) and Art team to uphold the creative vision of the game
• Shepherd and guide the look of the project while developing milestones for the art team
• Lead and manage relationships with external art contractors and mentor art team members

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an Art Director role with one shipping title as an Art Director
• Experience with game engine implementation and leading an art team through multiple phases of a large-scale game project
• Proven track record of delivering clear visual feedback that elevates other artists' work
• Strong familiarity with the competitive gaming landscape
• A passion for stylized visuals and a collaborative team culture
