Production Artist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Production Artist will manage animation fixes and enhancements to ensure the final picture meets production standards while collaborating with the production management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend animation meetings and reviews to understand shot history and requirements
• Review animation renders and identify problem shots during check and notes sessions
• Execute mechanical and aesthetic fixes on finalized work, ensuring timely completion for approval

Required qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in classical animation, film, or a related field, or equivalent production animation experience
• Solid background in animation and proficiency with software such as Harmony ToonBoom or Clip Studio
• Understanding of animation principles to effectively convey storytelling through movement
• Willingness to accept direction and adapt to changes
