Production Artist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and creative, the full-time Production Artist will produce high-quality creative assets across various channels while collaborating with marketing and business teams in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality creative assets for presentations, social media, and marketing collateral
• Extend and apply established brand standards to new deliverables, ensuring visual consistency
• Manage multiple projects and quick-turn creative requests while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum seven (7) years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and presentation design skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint
• Experience designing within established brand systems across multiple formats
