Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant to assist origination staff with loan setup and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist loan officers by preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering information into the Encompass loan system
Communicate with customers and third parties to collect necessary loan documentation
Ensure loan files are complete and properly organized before submission

Required Qualifications

Current product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
2+ years of processing experience
Experience with Encompass 360
Knowledge of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
