Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist origination staff with loan setup by preparing and reviewing loan documents
Enter application information into the Encompass loan system and verify documentation
Communicate with customers and third parties to order and collect additional loan documentation

Required Qualifications

Current product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
2+ years of processing experience
Experience with Encompass 360
Knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules, and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
