Production Assistant
Job Summary
To support the development and production of new styles, the part-time hourly Production Assistant will interface with design and fabric teams, track production status, and communicate with internal and external partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor fabric, trim, and wash development while managing the approval process
- Track factory production status and assess delivery risks, ensuring adherence to the TNA calendar
- Organize costing records and style information, and manage the end-to-end purchase order process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience; accessories experience is a plus
- PLM experience required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to act as a liaison between departments
- Proficiency in Google documents, Gmail, Excel, and PLM (or equivalent program)
