Production Associate

Job Summary

Assisting in the teardown and inspection of high horsepower diesel engines, the full-time hourly Production Associate will operate production equipment, perform cleaning and inspection tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely while adhering to quality and productivity requirements
• Assist in the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of engine components to prepare them for the next production stage
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately

Required Qualifications

• Mechanical competency and experience with engines
• Knowledge of hand tools and their applications
• Ability to learn and adapt to new skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards
