Production Build Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Build Specialist who will configure and support customer campaigns in their proprietary software.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and update projects in internal tools to ensure effective campaign messaging
• Manage support requests from internal teams and clients, making necessary changes and providing solutions
• Run tests and troubleshoot issues to ensure campaigns function as expected

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, operations, or configuration-heavy role
• Comfort with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, or CSV
• Able to learn and work within proprietary software
• Experience managing a queue of requests and prioritizing tasks
• Familiarity with basic scripting, ideally in Python, is a plus
