Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Business Relationship Manager (PBRM) Lead to manage the conversion of indicated opportunities into bound premium.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive conversion excellence by managing the mid-funnel pipeline and achieving target conversion rates
• Act as the primary contact for agents post-indication, ensuring clear communication of requirements and timelines
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide insights to leadership regarding pipeline aging and conversion trends

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance or MGA sector, particularly in commercial auto, trucking, or logistics
• Minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or account management
• Proven experience managing a HubSpot-driven pipeline
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using HubSpot, Excel, or Google Sheets
