Job Summary

Supporting enterprise scheduling and automation initiatives, the full-time remote Production Control Analyst will ensure critical business systems operate reliably and efficiently across multiple technology platforms while collaborating with IT teams to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise job scheduling and file transfer processes for critical business applications
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues through root cause analysis
• Automate operational processes by developing scripts and identifying efficiency improvements

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in information technology or computer operations
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and troubleshooting production issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
