Production Control Analyst
Job Summary
Overseeing data integrity and reporting structures, the full-time remote Production Control Analyst will analyze system information, manage reporting tools, and execute standardized analytical tasks to support production control and leadership goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly monitoring of system information and perform reconciliation to support operational delivery
- Execute analysis activities to provide accurate reporting and visibility to the production control team and leadership
- Oversee the maintenance of Smartsheet platforms and manage system record additions/modifications in ERP to ensure data integrity
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in analysis, system reporting, and operational support
- 5+ years of experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, and ERP systems, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven experience supporting KPI tracking and operational reporting with a focus on improving accuracy
- Fluency in English
