Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of production control activities for systems software and hardware

• Ensures capacity planning and implements performance metrics for business continuity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience in IT operations and administration
• Experience in a managed healthcare environment and knowledge of related industry regulations
• Familiarity with software lifecycles and practices is desired
