Production Control Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Control Technician who will establish, coordinate, and monitor digital workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital workflow in real time to ensure proper movement of files and data between departments
• Manage high-volume, hours-based SLAs by prioritizing daily reports based on due times and workload conditions
• Perform first-order exception handling by investigating and resolving workflow issues to minimize rework

Required Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple applications and basic file handling
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with online communication tools
• Strong time management skills to meet frequent, time-sensitive deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Availability for a Sunday-Thursday shift from 9:30am PST to 6:30pm PST
