Production Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Coordinator to support its Line Producer and artists in animation production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and daily operations of animation production and post-production processes
• Track and monitor department progress, ensuring tasks meet scheduled targets
• Maintain accurate data in production management software and coordinate information flow between teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating or managing projects in the 3D animation or game development industry
• Proficiency with production/project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or ShotGrid
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or similar editing software
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, and/or Blender
• Strong organizational and time management skills
