Production Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Delivery Coordinator to manage the delivery of publications to the USPS and support quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and ship over 1,000 monthly items using various carriers
• Oversee inventory management and fulfillment for welcome kits and franchise materials
• Perform final quality control checks before shipments leave the facility

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume shipping/mailing environment
• Strong knowledge of FedEx, USPS, and LTL shipping procedures and software
• Proficiency in FedEx Ship Manager and other mailing/shipping platforms
• Familiarity with USPS mail preparation across multiple classifications
• Experience using workflow software and Google Workspace
