Production Design Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Design Assistant (Open to Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Art Director with design-related tasks using InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop
• Prepare press-ready digital files while adhering to production schedules and printer deadlines
• Create Photoshop files and print-ready PDFs according to printer standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong Mac computer skills with mastery of Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of pre-press processes and PDF workflow
• Interest in systems and technical skills for print production preparation
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Hardworking, self-starting, and collaborative with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
