Production Design Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Design Assistant (Open to Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Art Director with design-related tasks using InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop
• Prepare press-ready digital files while adhering to production schedules and printer deadlines
• Create Photoshop files and print-ready PDFs according to printer's standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong Mac computer skills and mastery of Adobe Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of pre-press, 1-color and 4-color printing processes, and PDF workflow
• Interest in systems and technical skills for preparing materials for print production
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and seek support when needed
