Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Design Manager (Remote - US Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of production designers and manage a high-volume workflow
• Ensure quality control across all production design output
• Implement process improvements and optimize workflows for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• BA in Graphic Design or related field
• 5-7 years of design experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in B2B manufacturing or technical product environments
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and production design best practices
• Experience managing distributed teams and handling multiple concurrent projects
