Production Designer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Production Designer will design and produce print and digital artwork for various marketing materials while working onsite in Bozeman, MT, and managing multiple deadlines in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare designs and layouts for printed materials and digital assets, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards
• Manage production files, troubleshoot prepress issues, and coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to execute designs and maintain consistency across all marketing materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or internal marketing department
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of graphic design principles and brand consistency
